I’m studying the role of SWI/SNF complex especially, ARID1A on tumorigenesis, genomic instability and chemotherapy resistance of ARID1A mutate bladder cancer to find an alternative therapeutic target. Also I’m investigating the role of SWI/SNF complex on Hepatitis B virus replication and transcription in order to introduce new pharmacological target.
