Big data research

PIONEER  is the European network of excellence for big data in prostate cancer. PIONEER aims to combine and analyse the patient records of men diagnosed with prostate cancer to enable healthcare systems to provide more efficient outcome-driven patient-centered interventions. PIONEER brings together 32 key stakeholders in prostate cancer research and clinical care from across nine countries. Data from ERSPC Rotterdam and PRIAS are included in the PIONEER project.
