Corrina de Ridder

Biotechnician at the Department of Experimental Urology in the group of Wytkse van Weerden. I am responsible for maintenance of the panel of patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models of prostate cancer that grow in immune deficient mice. My daily work consists of setting up and conducting the animal experiments and assist in different studies, such as imaging studies with animal SPECT/MRI, SPECT/CT and PET. I also support processing of the materials, such as histology and routine immunohistochemistry.
