Research focus on modelling and studying the molecular mechanisms of bladder cancer in patient-derived bladder cancer organoids as well as establishment of  transgenic healthy organoid and bladder tumoroid lines using lentiviral transduction and CRSPR-Cas9 targeting to investigate of candidate factors involved in BC.
